We would prefer to receive all ads digitally. If your artwork can be converted at our office, we will do so. If conversion must be out-sourced, the costs of doing so will be passed on to you. The Hall employs graphic design students that may convert your file, but will not be making changes to logo, art design, or taglines. Extensive changes will be subject to additional billing. All files must be accompanied by laser prints of the ad. Other materials will be accepted for reproduction, but we will not accept responsibility for any reproduction problems as a result of less-quality client supplied materials.
Macintosh format preferred. Quark XPress 4.1 or lower, Adobe Photoshop 6 or lower accepted, or InDesign. We can read 100 MB Zip disks, 1.4 high density floppy disks and CD ROM.
File Preparation
When supplying a file for advertising placement, you must supply all image files and all fonts. We will not be responsible for any error due to missing files. Photos must be saved as CMYK or grayscale, 300 dpi, 150-line screen, TIF and linked in Quark XPress. All images must be TIF files unless it is a vector file then it can be an EPS file.
